Year two of a school cookbook prepared by Mireles for a class at the Escuela de "Trabajadoras Sociales" in Mexico DF. 121pp including the index it includes menus, cost calculations for dishes and commentary. A similar sounding collection (but with years one and two) is at UCSD also attributed to Mireles.
