Two German language manuscript cookbooks, one 12mo and half cloth, the other 4to in worn cloth backed boards. Undated, both ca. late 19th century.
143 used pages (second half blank) lots of meat recipes, braten, fricandeau in the smaller, a little faint in spots, but in very good condition.
the second with 161 numbered pages, almost all filled up, water stains to bottom edge not really affecting legibility, but a tight, small script with a number of recipes on most pages.
