Contemporary parchment, soiled, lacking ties, wear at edges and bumping and wear to spine ends, front hinge just starting. Front blank loose. Mild occasional soiling to pages, worming for a number of signatures in the middle (N-Y but not through all the signatures) in the gutter and lower margin, not touching any text. Undated ca. 1608-12 (virtually identical to Plan 122 and 123 but without the date to part 5 present on 122.) The text follows the edition of 1558.
