Later leather backed marbled boards, hinges worn and dry, cracking but held partially by cords. A few later sections browned, a few paper flaws, crases, small tears, but mostly clean and just about very good overall. (32), 544, (23)pp. Printer's mark on final leaf.
Attractively printed with historiated initials and one woodcut. The second edition of Nicetas Heracleensis' translation of the catena of Job. He is known as the last great Byzantine writer of catenas - scarce in commerce.
