Full contemporary calf, worn, front cover detached but present, rear cracked but sound, headband frayed. Well worn at the corners and with an old bookplate from the Arnold Arboretum library (marked duplicate), small stain to the rear endpaper in the gutter affecting the inner margin of a number of the plates, but not touching any plate images. Title browned, scattered minor browning and staining, but mostly very clean.
