Full contemporary stamped pigskin treated at some point to prevent deterioration, remains of clasps, new endpapers added, binding tightened. Light scattered foxing and browning, a few minor ink stains, one entry in the first work (Poetice) marked out in ink early on, paper repair to the lower margin of the final page, not touching any text, old ownership marks and date to first title page. Three rare works by Emmel bound as one - lacking most of the blanks, but otherwise complete. Emmel had worked on a three language dictionary published in 1587.
