Scattered mostly minor foxing internally, a few tiny marginal tears and chips to a few plates - generally quite clean and unmarked. An early edition of Riddell's popular work, undated but ca. 1870. Previous owner inscription dated 1873 to front endpaper. 59 plates (57 numbered plus two frontispieces) with the last four on cardboard with removable elements to make the models. 126pp Size: Folio.
