Disbound from a larger volume, occasional browning and foxing, old ink droplet on title page, 56pp. Some discoloration in the gutter.

Includes a list of the original members, subscribers, trustees, etc., a few with pencil marks, as well as the act of incorporation. Also includes an article on dairy management and butter making with a list of related aphorisms, "An Account of the Manner of Making Cheese in England", articles on hemp and clover cultivation, and an interesting article on refining sugar from maple sap. This was an interesting time in the spread of maple farming, as Europeans tried to break the monopoly that the sugar cane colonies had on sugar production. Graf Zichy planted 20 thousand acres of maples in 1794 in Germany.
