Talked to the management company renting out Jax and it looks like they’re going to try and put a single tenant in there which at 8500 sq. ft. does limit the choices. Should be interesting – we could be getting another big store on the heels of Staples.
The fellow I talked to (who was quite pleasant) mentioned that because of the make-up of the space, sub-dividing would make it look like a bowling alley; which begs the question, why not a bowling alley? How great would that be? Throw a couple pool tables in there…I’m getting goose bumps just thinking about it.
